Today’s Practice 12/10/11

Been having a bit of dizziness since Tuesday, seems if I change elevations or move my head to fast I get a bit of wobble…very annoying and difficult. If it continues will have to get checked out. Still able to train but have to take it slower and been lowering the weight and or reps a bit. Here is today’s training. Set a fun PR on the Vbar…this tested well over the Rolling Thunder so I went with it.
Prep: Z-Health, Cossacks, Bar Hangs, 2lb Indian clubs, Hip Flexor stretch
32kg TGU x 1+1 x 5sets
32kg Renegade Rows x 3+3 x 5sets
40kg Loaded Cleans x 3+3 x 3sets
Tabata Battling Ropes :20 on/ :10 off -fast and furious x 8sets (4mins)
-all alternating waves

Great work on the 2″ vertical bar PR! That’s a very solid lift. Looks like now you’ve got the form dialed-in you’ll continue to go north in your poundage. Enjoy the journey to 200 and beyond!
