I have been practicing the Bent Press now for the last month. Just doing singles. Very new lift for me, I maybe have 50 reps total under my belt.
This is quickly becoming one of my favorite Kettlebell drills to do. The 32kg now feels like the perfect training weight to practice with and I am excited to excel at this lift for years.
